A: VIP packages are limited and sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Event Day Details

Q: When should I arrive for the VIP experience?
A: VIP check-in typically begins before general doors open. Exact timing and instructions will be emailed to you one week prior to the event.

Q: Where do I check in for VIP?
A: Check-in details will be sent via email before the show. Look for signage at the venue or ask staff upon arrival.

Q: What happens if I arrive late?
A: Late arrival may result in missing certain VIP activities. We recommend arriving on time to enjoy the full experience.
